LISA BODLAK | President & CEO

With 26 years of successful media buying experience under her belt, Lisa has led Express Media's journey to becoming the top long form media buying agency in the industry. After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Business Finance degree, she began an advertising career with Williams Television, learning from Katie Williams and other industry leaders for the next 16 years. Lisa founded her own media buying company in 1999, where she serves as President and CEO and manages media campaigns. Her true passion, however, is working on Express Media’s high energy and exciting media buying floor with her team. When she’s not outperforming her competition, Lisa enjoys long distance running, kickboxing and spending time at the ocean with her family.


For nearly 21 years, Bruce has been a successful business owner and entrepreneur of many endeavors. His previous accomplishments with his Innovative Audio and Innovative Filtration companies have given him invaluable know-how for building a strong business foundation, which Bruce has incorporated into Express Media. Bruce is intimately involved in every aspect of Express Media’s operations from developing company handbooks, phone and computer systems to coaching media buyers and screening candidates. When it’s time to relax from the fast-paced world of advertising, Bruce enjoys fishing and hunting.

SARAH MILLER | Account Executive

Sarah has been an integral part of the growth and success of Express Media as it's first employee. Starting her career as a Senior Buyer’s Assistant, Sarah was quickly promoted to a Media Buyer where she worked for nine years to build her direct response industry experience. Sarah has a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration from California State University Sacramento. Due to her determination and passion for the client, she was promoted to Client Services in 2009, where she currently serves as Express Media’s Lead Account Executive. She uses her media buying experience and commitment to the “conception to conversion” process to ensure each media campaign’s success. Sarah has contributed to a number of Express Media’s major campaigns including Sharper Image, Guthy-Renker, Ideal Living and Beachbody. In her free time, Sarah enjoys running, cooking and spending time with her family.

CHRISTINE PHILIPS | Account Executive

Christine has over 16 years of advertising and media management experience. She began her career with New York based Kaplan Thaler Group, where she worked with various clients, including Herbal Essences, Panasonic, Coldwell Banker, and Aflac. Christine then returned to her home state of Michigan, as part of the Institutional Advancement department at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, where she managed sponsored programs for students with companies that included Nike, Motorola and Toyota. Christine joined Express Media in 2009 and now manages two of the company’s primary accounts, Guthy-Renker and Sensa. In addition to media campaign management, she is instrumental in overseeing the acquisition of new business for Express. Christine’s dedication to Express Media and its clients has proven to be a vital part of its continued growth. Christine is a proud Albion College graduate with a degree in Economics & Management. She likes to cheer on the Detroit Red Wings and Detroit Tigers whenever she can.
